1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (« User, » « you, » or « Customer ») and Perfuma. If you do not agree to all the provisions of these Terms, you must cease using this Website immediately. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
4.1 Account Data
Your Account may contain personal information, order history, preferences, and communications. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of this information.

You must protect your Account password and any other login credentials. We recommend using a strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.

- Payment authorization failure

7.5 Order Confirmation

8. PAYMENT AND PRICING

If you are making a payment in a currency other than MAD, your financial institution will apply its current exchange rate. Perfuma is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees imposed by your bank.
8.9 Tax Compliance
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your country of residence or destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply to international shipments and will be your responsibility to pay.
9. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
9.1 Shipping Method and Timing
Orders are shipped via standard courier service to the delivery address you provide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes depend on:
- Order processing time (typically 1-3 business days)
- Courier transit time
- Customs clearance (for international shipments)

9.2 Shipping Costs

Once your Order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You are responsible for tracking your shipment and receiving delivery at the specified address. Delivery is considered complete when the courier leaves the package at your address or when you accept delivery.
9.5 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Perfuma is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or denial of entry by customs authorities.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
10.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 31-08 (Consumer Protection Law) and Law No. 53-05 (Electronic Commerce Law), as a consumer purchasing through distance communication, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase (cancel your Contract) within seven (7) calendar days from the date you receive the Products.
10.2 Exercise of Right
To exercise your right to withdraw, you must notify Perfuma in writing within the 7-day withdrawal period. Notification may be made by:

10.6 Non-Returnable Items
The right to withdraw does NOT apply to:
- Products that have been opened, used, or applied (even partially)
- Products where seals or protective wrapping have been broken or tampered with
- Products damaged due to mishandling by you
- Products that have deteriorated due to improper storage or care

10.7 Costs of Withdrawal
- You bear the cost of return shipping
- Perfuma bears the cost of return postage for refunded Products
- We will not deduct return shipping costs from your refund, provided you follow proper return procedures

The 7-day withdrawal right does NOT apply to:
